Terms & Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Live Large Design (DBA West of Normal), a business organized under the laws of the State of Alaska, and the below Customer.

1. Agreement

Customer agrees to engage West of Normal for access to online resources, webinars, pre-recorded trainings, and associated materials. By registering, purchasing, or using the West of Normal Program(s) and Program Materials, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

Program

Instruction, coaching, and guidance focused on design, branding, and marketing.

Program Materials

All resources provided within the Program, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, workbooks, templates, and any downloadable content.

Customer

Any person, business, or entity that registers for a Program and pays all required fees. Customers must be 18 years or older to enroll.

Commencement Date

The date the initial payment is made.

Services

Includes access to Program content, webinar modules, videos, and any related Program Materials.

Subscription Period

The period of access granted to the Customer.

3. Duration of Access

Membership

30-day access from the Commencement Date unless renewed.

Programs

6-month access unless otherwise stated.

Customer’s access expires after the Subscription Period, regardless of usage.

4. Fees & Payment

Customers must pay the full service fee or enroll in a payment plan to access any Program. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in Section 7.

5. License & Usage Restrictions

Limited License

Customers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Program Materials for personal use only.

Prohibited Actions

Customers may not:

• Download, record, copy, or share Program Materials
• Sell, resell, or distribute any Live Large Design content
• Remove any Live Large Design/West of Normal branding, trademarks, or copyright notices
• Post Program Materials online without written permission
  
  

6. Access & Availability

• West of Normal reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time.
• Customers are responsible for securing internet access and device compatibility.
• West of Normal is not liable for outages or technical issues beyond its control.
  
  

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Customers may cancel within 24 hours of the initial payment for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Failure to access or complete the Program does not qualify for a refund.
  
  

8. Termination of Access

West of Normal may suspend or terminate access without refund if:

• A Customer violates the Terms of this Agreement.
• A Customer engages in defamatory or harmful communication about Live Large Design.
• Unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of Program Materials is detected.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties.
• West of Normal does not guarantee specific results or business success.
• Customers assume all responsibility for their actions based on Live Large Design content.
• West of Normal is not liable for damages, loss of profits, or incidental/consequential damages arising from Program use.
  
  

10. Testimonials & Marketing Use

• Customers grant West of Normal a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use submitted testimonials, feedback, and success stories in marketing.
• West of Normal may edit testimonials for clarity but will not misrepresent Customer experiences.
  
  

11. Intellectual Property & Competition Restriction

• All Program Materials are the intellectual property of West of Normal.
• Customers may not replicate, resell, or use West of Normal content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  
  

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA.
• Any disputes must be filed in a state or federal court in Anchorage, Alaska.
• Customers waive any right to bring claims in an alternative jurisdiction.
  
  

13. Amendments & Updates

• West of Normal may modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of Programs constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
  
  

14. Disclaimer

No Guarantees

The Program provides educational content, but results vary.

No Professional Advice

The Program does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.

15. Technology Disclaimer

• West of Normal is not responsible for website downtime, errors, or technical issues beyond its control.
• Programs are subject to updates, modifications, or removal without prior notice.
